Approach/departure service provided by Victoria Terminal (YYJ) on freq 132.7 for aircraft arriving and departing to the north. Approach/departure service provided by Whidbey Island NAS on freqs 118.2/285.65 for aircraft arriving and departing to the south.

PPL / GA Operations

Deer on and in vicinity of runway. Night circling approach not authorized from west side of runway. Grass surface landing not authorized. Runway 16 uses left traffic pattern, runway 34 uses right traffic pattern. Runway markings are faded and in poor condition. Pilot-controlled lighting includes REIL, PAPI, and MIRL.
