  • OurAirports.com database

This service provides convenient access to weather information but does not generate or validate the data independently.

3. Limitations of Use

NOT FOR OPERATIONAL USE

MetarCentral is intended for:

  • General weather awareness
  • Educational purposes
  • Flight simulation
  • Historical weather research
  • Preliminary flight planning reference only

This service MUST NOT be used as the sole source for:

  • Operational flight planning
  • Go/no-go decisions
  • In-flight weather updates

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METARCENTRAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Use or inability to use the service
  • Errors or omissions in weather data
  • Decisions made based on provided information
  • Service interruptions or data unavailability
  • Unauthorized access to user data
  • Any aviation incident or accident

6. User Responsibilities

The pilot in command of an aircraft is solely responsible for:

MetarCentral does not provide flight recommendations or operational guidance.

8. Intellectual Property

Weather data displayed on MetarCentral is sourced from public domain sources. The service interface, design, and aggregation methods are property of MetarCentral. Users may not:

  • Create derivative works based on the service
  • Use the service for commercial redistribution of data

9. Indemnification
