No control tower - use CTAF 122.7 MHz. RWY 07/25 is decommissioned. Left traffic pattern for RWY 17/35. Activate REIL and MIRL on CTAF. PAPI available both ends RWY 17/35. For clearance delivery contact Salt Lake ARTCC at 801-320-2568 if unable on FSS frequency. Approach/departure control provided by Salt Lake ARTCC on 119.95 MHz.
