Left traffic pattern for both runways. Right traffic patterns permitted on RWY 22 departure during heavy winds to avoid mountain downdrafts. Birds in vicinity of airport. PAPI RWY 04 unusable beyond 2 NM. Active construction notice - check NOTAMs. Runway edge lights and PAPI operate continuously.
