TWY C restricted to aircraft 75,000 pounds or less (50 ft wide). No line of sight between runway ends of RWY 07 & 25. Birds on and in vicinity of airport within 25 NM radius. Airport condition unmonitored at night from last aircraft arrival/departure till 0500 local.
