PPL / GA Operations

Runway 31 has right traffic pattern. Opposite end of runway not visible on takeoff. When tower closed, pilot-controlled lighting available via CTAF (3 clicks on, 5 clicks increase intensity, 7 clicks off). Civilian and military training may cause pattern congestion. TWY B closed to aircraft greater than 30,000 lbs.
