Private use only - military facility. RWY 06/24 has left traffic pattern for RWY 06 and right traffic pattern for RWY 24. Contact base ops 134.8/372.2 for local advisory. Use freq 122.55 (BCV RCO) for filing, activating & canceling flight plans in the Anchorage bowl area when ATCT closed.
